Should have added below that this week is for, getting 5 covers ready, finishing one of the Christmas shorts (hopefully) and depending on if edits on the 5 finished gets tossed back for my input, doing those or if not edits, getting a couple more chapters of Seductions done. That's the plan anyway, with the way last week went lol, I'm almost afraid to plan- (wink) I've got one of those reminders of how close the holidays are, and in terms of books you have to look at it 4 weeks prior to hit publication time (sigh) I have a lot of last min stuff to get done in a short time. I'll try and post again mid week. D

Aside from the two contemporary books I finished writing, and the Medieval, (not counting something like 6 shorts which range from romance para/fantasy/to contemporary and historical) whew! I did finish but need to edit 3 big novels, which take me a bit longer to check over. When I was researching Seductions and the Orient, I also thought much on one of my fav research books that explores the western Rail Roads and all the ethnic diverse men who worked on building them, many from china and Ireland- I put aside a chunk of notes to go back and do a story on that (western) some time soon. I've found some old journals that got me all excited about it. I love to do diverse characters and people who have a mixed heritage as many of us do, and I think sometimes that makes for conflicts and different insights culturally or ... >> full

I am still working on Seductions (Toni's story, so long as everyone is still interested in seeing it. :) I put the prologue (a sneak peek at the end of Scandals for readers to get an idea of where it starts)

Hubby has a bad head cold. Today we had to go buy parts for the toilet (again.) The truck is out of the shop $$$$. I'm so glad this week is over, I have never had so many things tear up at once, sheesh! Busy weekend ahead but honestly, I feel like zip got accomplished. Hopefully next week will be better (cross fingers) D
