Whadda, week. Hubby's long weekend and we had to run into town every day. lol. I gave into temptation and stopped at books a millon. Yipes, I blew my budget. I got this lovely big book on Mythology, a book on the middle ages, another medievil fiction novel (hardback) yeah, I know.... And two fantasy, RA Salvatorie's HOMELAND, Robert Jordan's The Eye of the World, and I bought a Picoult novel, plus too many paperbacks....I will have to stay away from that place for a loooong time. rofl. I got a membership card (yeah) but I realized when I got home she spelled my name in e mail wrong and there is no number on the receipt, so I guess I wont be getting those $50.00 in discounts. Hubby was okay, just took awhile for his brows to go down after we got in the car. lol
Anyway, everything is ... >> full

I'm editing today, nothing much to say about that but (groan-sigh) lol. I've a couple of personal things to do this week, so I hope to get most of the current works through the main edits today, then leave them for a bit, go back and edit again. (rolls eyes) I'd rather be writing. Speaking of which, I started me a (want to write) notebook, just in case I get too caught up in stuff to remember, lol. Happy reading everyone. D
Oh almost forgot, Go to paperbackwriter's blog, hook up with the workshops going on all over the web. There's a lot of them and I'm positive you'll find more than one to meet your writing (learning, growing, ) needs. :)

Tink, my Jill of all trades, I hope your shoulder/neck is better today. My mom in law, (get some sleep woman) you need a few days of R and R.
PS Teresa, my g mail e mail bounced back -one I wrote to you- I'll await your mail to me in case I wrote yours down wrong. (which I prolly did, lol)

I didn't, lol. While in town we stopped at wally for hubby to buy a watch because the dog carried his off (long story) anyhoo I ended up in the book section, bought 3 books- Sandra Brown, whom I've read since she, and I were younger- I once said that I'd read her if her she re-wrote my phone book. I've always dug her voice. Two Briggs novels, although I haven't heard much of the two I bought. See the wally doesnt carry all books by the author, and so many books are series, or rather 4-5 down in a series, that I don't want to buy and read something out of order, so i can only hope what I bought isn't part of a series. Which, is what happened the other day when I just snatched a book up by another author-somewhere in enjoying I realized I was missing ... >> full

I've got stuff to do in town today and the family will be (all) going to a reunion this Sat, so no family day meal here this weekend, as we'll all get to kick back at the park- while someone else does the cooking, lol. Hubby has driven the new car to work since we bought it-you know, the first new car we've had in 20 years. (gets great milage and we used his work truck as a trade in, ) but his long shifts and driving back and fourth I'll end up cleaning it this evening so I'm not riding with diet coke cans rolling over my feet (grin). It's my baby's girl's birthday the 27th (sniff) she's 26 and a Mama, but still tiny at only 5 foot tall, still looks about 12 to me rofl. Sigh. When my son has his BD in may, that's hard enough as he ... >> full
