I got the browser re-loaded --but--my computer crashed last night, I was until 9 am this morning, trying to reinstall software. Thankfully, my files and photos were on flash drive, but-- I was about 1/2 way through editing Ronan's Bride when the crash wiped it all out. (I have the finals on disc)
Now, Im somewhere between having a running computer and able to get on line, but I've got to reload a bunch of stuff, and restart those edits all over again. Head hurts, eyes ache, and I would swear this stuff happens every PMS week. It's kind of like me blowing up everything I touch sometimes (which I joke and tell my G-kids, is my super powers wacking out.) But it's so not a good time, because i really, really, wanted to have Ronan's bride out next week.
(Looks upwards) If the sky don't fall on me...I'll try my best.

I'm trying to build author pages over at Amazon, but it's taking me awhile, and the way it is set up, theres a delay on everything. Hopefully there will be a blog, author page with the books listed there (links to kindle and paperback) My bio and lots of stuff. If they approve it. (Im trying to give readers an easier time of finding me) I've had some reader mail that Amazon isn't listing the rest of the books or giving readers who buy them, links. Readers need to contact amazon about that, they're more apt to listen to readers than author suggestions, lol.
Since my contracts were up with other epublishers in 05-06 and I opened the indie store Aircastle Books~to keep the backlist avail, and publish new stuff, I haven't pimped myself, so I rely alot on readers talking about the books they may like of mine. Paperback links ... >> full

"June 17, 2009 – Hachette Book Group has engaged Attributor, a leading anti-piracy protection service, to monitor the web for instances of unlawful use of its authors’ books and content."
At least publishers and the industry aren't blowing it off, or taking the (mind boggling) attitude that it's a good thing that gets you readers (snort.) That's like saying stealing anything helps sales. (So not what pirates and ppl who wont follow the law are thinking) I see more pro active stuff like this happening. Make it hard for them, I say. want what they are usuing? find it here
http://www.attributor.com/ "
Attributor is for anyone who wants to know how, when and where their content is copied across the Web.
D (who is still editing in a lightening storm!!)
