Just when I remembered what the sun looked like, we're getting dumped with snow this weekend. We got nuttun' here in case we get iced in again. I feel a potato soup weekend coming on.
I'm researching old Irish pubs. lol. Yes, there is a reason. *grin* No I don't get to go out and do field work, I just get to pretend and visualize.
I've a book I wrote to bring out on Valentines day. Will I get it up by then, dunno? It's a Regency Novella. Things have dragged and limped so far as getting books up since OCT 09. Life happens I guess (smile). No word on the sony versions but that they are reformatting books still. I'll likey bring out with kindle first anyhoo. It takes 3rd parties a long ass time to get stuff up, but kindle is pretty fast.

Groans... The edits, mine, are finished on the western. That puppy is nearly 100,000 words long.I think this is the first western I've done under the Gayle Eden pen name and in (her) voice, lol. Hawt stuff.
This is the book I was going to do 2 novels of, because it follows several characters and their HEA. But I ended up putting it together and doing a part one and part two, in order to avoid readers having to wait for that (one year later) lapse. With bigger manuscripts I have to do dozens of rounds of edits, and that's before it gets into final format, where I have to look at it again. Lots and Lots of stuff to check behind myself.
Anyway, that's the biggest one (not counting fantasy) I've gotten out of the way. The rest are Novellas, around 45-30 thousand words, and that winter ... >> full

Happy 82nd birthday to my mom (yesterday)
I've been working on the computer, running some fix it software. I've still not reloaded some features, including my IM's because I need more memory. Got myself several more flash drives to take some of the gzillon photos I had on here off. But for the most part, I'm still working on uploading upgrades and gen getting rid of bugs and junk. My hard drive is grinding, so that's not good news either.
Anyway, I'm back on line but mostly fiddling with restoring and or updating.
