I'm in the process of sending Book one in the Rakehell (s) Daughter series out. While Alexandria is being put in format and the cover mock up done, (Love the image we've got) I'll be writing the blurb and getting the last of Valerie's book ready. (I was going to say this morning, as if wasn't almost 4:AM already. lol. I worked from 6 AM on each book, took a nap around 8 PM, got up at 12 and brewed expresso (Starbucks is my only self reward for working hard) and managed to do the final round on book one. I'm debating just putting the Novella as a bonus into the third book (Johanna) we'll see how it works out.
Anyway, as soon as it is loaded at Kindle and other places, I'll do another shout out.
Happy reading all. D

She walked without direction, sensing, and then hearing, and the inflexible drum of a heartbeat. It pumped forceful, strong, rhythmic and hypnotic. She crossed and went through an arch, distantly conscious it was living quarters, like a normal house—if the house were decorated centuries ago. There was a living area the first fifty feet, niches with sconces, and heavy padded benches, shelves, books and trunks. ... >> full

I Run to You. Eve Asbury
In this sequel to “Bring on the Rain”, Brook Logan has returned to Diamond Back after seven years. Returning to her hometown also means dealing with what drove her away—namely Coy Coburn and his betrayal with her former best friend. Sometimes it's not what you're running from, but whom you're running to, that helps the past and present make sense again.
I Run to you is also currently in the process of publication at Amazon.com (Kindle version)

“You are dead to them. Your memorial was yesterday. I took the liberty of providing substance for the urn, since I hoped our… encounters would take. It was a close call, the scheduled cremation. There’s never a shortage of bodies, however, to provide the ashes.” “Encounters…” He was a madman. She would indulge him and when he was… “I’m not crazed.” He smiled coolly. “And, I read your thoughts before you speak them." He leaned back against the wet brick building, hands in the pockets of his long leather coat. He regarded her, standing on the street edge, feet and legs bare, her face a picture of confusion and alarm. “We had our first meeting long years ago, Lindsay, before your husband and child, before you were a Private Investigator.” “Why. What do you want with me?” “You will share my existence, ... >> full
