Back from the nature (get away) Great parks, lovely waterfalls, lots of hiking and climbing (I took 2 naps today) Although I did have to mow the front lawn and clean my house up for family day, sat.
Got lots of photos, lots of story ideas, and thought about my characters in the current WP, too.
MY calves are aching (grins) and other places hurt, but hubby and I would love to go back in the fall.
K, so I'm resting my body tonight. Next week I'll dive back into my manuscript.

As of noon, I've hit 185 pages on the new MS. I'm going on a little get away for a day or 2, so I'll write another hour, then I gotta shut down. It's a (nature) type of trip, but I've not had a vacation in ages, so I jumped at the chance to go, lol. Lots of walking, taking photos, and I'm sure the muse will kick into overdrive and I'll imagine all sorts of plots amid the waterfalls and parks.
I'll likely hit 200 pages before I quit, so that's half the book done, yeah!!! I really enjoy these characters and the men...interesting in all the right ways.
I hope you have a great week, read something good.

Wow, where'd the week go? The weekend is here, family day and trying to catch up on stuff I let go all week. I wrote around 49 pages on a new book. (It may suck, I dunno I was kind of cross eyed when I shut off the puter this morning) lol. I have been known to re-write opening chapters a dozen times, so we'll see. Meantime, it is too hot to be outside again...Just hot enough so you don't want to have to mow that grass (that is finally green and growing after frying all summer.) *groans*, maybe I can put that off until next week, lol.
Have a nice weekened all, and read something good!

(It will prolly get tweeked a bit, but this is the basic)
NOTE to self, read all NOTES to self before posting a blurb from memory, lol)
Edmund Deforest, Earl of Southerton Sotherton was simply enjoying a typical day at his club, along with his friend Sascha Auttenburg, Viscount Whitford, when the latest news to rock the ton started buzzing again. The Rakehell Marquis of Hawksmoor had claimed yet another daughter—one Alexandria Royer. The last of 3 Daughters the Marquis had claimed was somewhat known in society for her outspoken manner and bluestocking tendencies, but no one could possibly guess what Edmund remembered Alex for….
Known for his cool and aloof mien, his arrogance and detachment, the tawny-eyed Southerton Sotherton moved in the highest circles. Edmund had his bitter secrets and his way of wearing a masque, and that would come in very handy since, when he put the name ... >> full
