I love a good cowboy story and this one didn’t disappoint me. Ms. Eden put all the elements in this one. Her vivid imagery takes you there.

After the death of her mother, Raelyn Kendall could no longer tolerate her father’s rules and uncaring ways. Especially when he told her a singing career was just a silly dream. Raelyn left home to prove her father wrong. Now, years later she had to return, broke and a failure, just like he predicted. Although things have changed, she still has a hard time swallowing the hurt from the past.

Hudson McKabe is serious and laid back. He remembered what a feisty teenager Raelyn used to be and wanted nothing to do with her. But times have changed and so has she. Even though she still has a chip on her shoulder, she’s grown in all the right places and he can’t keep his eyes off of her.

These two go through several intense exchanges before letting their attraction for one another take over. Unable to handle the hurtful words from her father, Raelyn runs away again, but this time she runs directly to McKabe and their passion ignites from there.

Rocky My World is a wonderful story about life, relationships and love. A definite must read.

Raelyn’s experiences with men have been disappointing so she is also afraid of a man like Hud. She doesn’t know what to expect with a real caring man. This story focuses on coming home, mending broken fences and learning to make peace with those you love, and finding your destiny in life and love. Hud helps Raelyn along the way. There is such a sense of oneness about Raelyn and Hud that it makes this story really special. I loved this story."
